We welcome well behaved dogs. An extra security deposit is required. Please clean up after your pets. The garden should be clear of any dog poo when you leave and if your dog moults excessively please do give the house a quick hoover. Dogs are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED upstairs or on the sofas or beds. Any signs of damage will be charged for. Please note the local beach at Readymoney does not allow dogs between 10am & 6pm in July & August. 

- Full charge will apply if cancelled less than 2 weeks before your booking (security deposit will be credited)

- 50% charge will apply if you cancel between 6 and 2 weeks before your booking (security deposit will be credited)

- No charge if you cancel up to 6 weeks before your booking (deposits will be credited)

The house may not be used to host any large parties. No loud music after 10pm 

The property may only be booked by 18+ adults. We welcome families and the property is suiteble for children. Please let us know when booking if you require travel cots or high chairs. 

Directions from London:

Travel time approx 4-41/2 hours

(30 mins from A30 exit at Bodmin)

M4, M5 to Exeter

Exit M5 onto A30 towards Launceston

A30 to Bodmin exit onto A38

At X roads stay on A38 by turn left onto Cooksland Road (Car warehouse on corner)

Follow road to roundabout where you turn left (still A38) following sign to

‘Crematorium’

At next roundabout take third exit onto Turfdown road and follow towards Lanhydrock

At roundabout turn left onto B3268

Follow road through Trebyan, Maudlin & Sweetshouse onto B3269

At T Junction with B390 turn Right

Stay on road for short period and look out for sign for Fowey on Left

Turn left onto B3269 and follow narrow road all the way to Fowey passing straight on

over a roundabout

Once you have gone past the town sign and 30 mph sign there is a small roundabout

where you bear left, staying on main road.

You go past a ‘pretty’ decorated bus stop on your right and 49 Polvillion road is about

3rd house on your left. You can drive in, it has plain unpainted gates.

Tesco will deliver if you want to pre order a delivery.

The nearest Supermarket is St Austell Tesco and Asda, or a small Co-op in St

Blazey.

Fowey has a Mace with post office, and lovely Butcher, Deli, Fish Shop and

Bakeries. The ‘Top Shop’ also has a good selection of basics. This is a 5 min walk

away. (Turn left out of house, at small roundabout bear left rather than going down

the hill into Fowey, keep going past a field and play area on your left and you’ll get to

the shop and post office on your left).

Please let us know about any breakages or damage incurred to the property during your stay asap.

Bedding and bath towels are supplied.

Please bring your own beach and garden towels. 

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and departure is by 10am. Sometimes we may be able to accommodate an early check in or a later depart so please ask at time of booking.

You will be met at the property at check in and one set of keys will be provided. If these are lost during your stay please call the emergency numbers below. when leaving, please sign the visitors book and leave the key on the dining table. Please pull the inner porch door shut when leaving. The outer door can be left unlocked. 

Your emergency contact will be sent to you via email during the booking process. Please call the number supplied in case of any emergencies or issues during your stay. 

We reserve the right to hold and deduct monies from the security deposit for any breakages, damages or any extra cleaning required resulting from dogs being on furniture or carpets.
