The house is located on the road leading into the beautiful seaside town of Fowey, on Cornwall's south coast. It lies directly opposite a public bridleway called 'The Parade', which leads to the pretty beach of Readmoney Cove, just a 10 minute walk away. The town of Fowey and the stunning  coastal path round to Coombe, Polridmouth and Polkerris are also accessible on foot from the house.

The entrance to the house is on the left and leads into a porch/boot room. The ground floor comprises of a large family sitting room, dining room, kitchen and sun room. In addition there is a hall, downstairs loo and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 

On the first floor you'll find 2 double bedrooms (with double beds) and one smaller bunk bed room, plus a family bath room. The two double rooms have room for travel cots or extra temporary children's best on request. 

On the second floor is the master bedroom. A large double room, with en-suite shower room/loo.

The large back garden has outdoor seating and a BBQ & fire pit/chimanea. There is also a table tennis table and garden games supplied. There is side access to the garden and a garage.

To the front of the property is off road parking for up to 3 cars.
